Greek inflation rate rose to 3.9% in October, Eurostat report

Greek inflation rate rose to 3.9% in October from 2.4% in September in contrast with a sharp fall in the inflation in the Eurozone (it fell to 2.9% from 4.3% over the same months, respectively), Eurostat said its flash estimate released on Tuesday.

Eurostat also reported provisional data on Eurozone's GDP in the third quarter of 2023, which showed a slowdown of the economy. More specifically, Eurozone's GDP fell 0.1% in the third quarter of the year compared with the second quarter, but rose 0.1% in comparison with the third quarter of 2022. There were no national data.
